面向新经济的无机非金属材料工程专业改造升级路径探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Renovate for Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering to Meet New Economic Requirement

新工科建设是适应新经济、新产业发展的重要高等工程教育改革决策。为适应新经济、新业态发展的要求需要对传统专业进行改造和升级。本文从适应地方新经济的无机非金属材料工程专业改造和升级途径出发,分析了科研院所、学校、企业三方联动的行业学院培养人才新机制,探索了地方性应用型工程化人才培养的模式,构建了企业参与的人才培养机制,以期提高新工科人才培养质量。

The construction of new engineering education was a critical decision of deepening higher engineering education reform to adapt to the requirements of new economic era. It is necessary to renovate and upgrade our traditional majors to meet ever-increasing demand for new economy and new formats. In this article,teaching reform of non-metallic materials engineering to suit new economy was discussed. The important new mechanism joint hands of scientific research institutions,university and enterprises to improve the quality of applied talents training was deeply analyzed. This paper also explored various personnel training mode patterns for local application-oriented university and constructed talents training mode of enterprise cooperation model to improve new engineering talents quality.
