摘要
将开关电感引入基本Sepic变换器,同时对变换器中所有电感进行磁集成以减小电感电流纹波或提高电压增益,同时减少磁性元器件的数量,提高变换器功率密度。分析了变换器工作模态,获得了变换器电压增益表达式;分析了变换器电感电流纹波与磁集成耦合系数的数学关系,给出了电感耦合系数设计准则;分析了变换器动态响应和开关管电压应力,给出耦合系数与动态响应的关系;制作了实验样机,验证了理论分析结果。
The switch inductance is introduced into the basic Sepic converter, at the same time magnetic integration of all inductor in converter is carried out to reduce inductor current ripple, improve voltage gain, reduce the number of magnetic components and improve the power density of the converter.The work mode of converter is analyzed,the converter voltage gain expression is obtained, the mathematical relationship between converter inductor current ripple and magnetic integrated coupling coefficient is analyzed, the inductance coupling coefficient design criterion is given, the dynamic response of converter and voltage stress of the switches is analyzed, the relationship between the coupling coefficient and the dynamic response is given, an experimental prototype is produced to verify the theoretical analysis.
