气压止血带防皮肤损伤套件的设计与应用

Design and application of pneumatic tourniquet kit for prevention of skin injury

目的探讨气压止血带防皮肤损伤套件对预防骨科四肢手术气压止血带受压部位皮肤损伤的效果。方法将100例骨科四肢手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用棉纸作为止血带衬垫;观察组采用气压止血带防皮肤损伤套件,套件中的棉毛套作为气压止血带衬垫,聚氨酯贴膜作为防消毒液积聚的防水膜。比较两组术后止血带袖带布套消毒液残留、皮肤损伤情况及术中止血效果。结果观察组止血带袖带布套消毒液残留及皮肤损伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),术中止血效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气压止血带防皮肤损伤套件可有效预防骨科四肢手术中气压止血带受压部位的皮肤损伤,保证止血效果。

Objective To explore the effect of pneumatic tourniquet kit for prevention of skin injury after orthopaedic surgery of the limbs. Methods One hundred patients after orthopedic surgery of the limbs were randomly divided into two groups of 50. The con- trol group was given cotton paper as tourniquet pad to prevent skin damage, while the observation group received pneumatic tourni quet kit for prevention of skin damage, which cotton sleeve was served as tourniquet pad and polyurethane sticker as waterproof membrane to avoid accumulation of disinfectants. Incidence of disinfectant residue on tourniquet sleeve and skin damage, as well as efficacy of hemostasis were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower incidence of disinfectant residue and skin damage, but better hemostasis effect comparing to the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pneumatic tourniquet kit can effectively prevent skin damage after orthopaedic surgery of the limbs and ensure hemostasis effect.
