穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床效果

The Clinical Curative Effect of Perforators Flap Therapy on Hand Trauma Soft Tissue Defects

目的:分析穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院2014年1月-2017年1月收治的50例手外伤软组织缺损患者,分为常规组与试验组两组,其中对常规组采取胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗,对试验组采取穿支皮瓣修复治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组与常规组的治疗优良率分别为92.00%与76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与常规组的不良反应发生率分别为4.00%与24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手外伤软组织缺损患者采取穿支皮瓣修复治疗的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者各项临床症状,手术安全性高,可促进患者生活质量的提高,促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of perforators flap to repair soft tissue defect in the treatment of hand trauma.Method：From January 2014 to January 2017,50 cases of hand trauma patients with soft tissue defect divided into normal group and experimental group two groups.The conventional group took the chest pedicle skin flap repair for the treatment,the experimental group took perforators flap repair treatment.Compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Result：The fine rate of experimental group and normal group was 92.00% and 76.00%,respectively（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group and normal group was 4.00% and 24.00%,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of perforators flap therapy on hand trauma soft tissue defects is distinct,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,has high safety,can improve patient life quality,promote disease recover at an early date.
