延续性护理对起搏器术后患者生活质量的影响研究

A Study on the Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Pacemaker after Continuous Nursing

目的:探讨延续性护理在起搏器术后患者出院后的应用效果。方法:将64例起搏器术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予一般护理,观察组在对照组的基础上于出院后给予延续性护理,比较两组出院后2、3个月后心理状态、生活质量等。结果:观察组出院2个月和3个月时的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理能改善起搏器术后患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of continuous nursing in quality of life of patients with pacemaker.Method：64 patients with pacemaker implantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was only given the general nursing,the observation group was given continuing nursing care based on the general nursing,compared psychological state and quality of life of 2 groups.Result：The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 months and 3 months after discharge,the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous nursing can improve the psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients with pacemaker.
