舒适护理在疗养护理的纵向延伸分析

Analysis of Longitudinal Extension of Comfort Nursing in Sanatorium Nursing

目的:探究舒适护理的干预措施在疗养院实施和应用的疗效。方法:选取在2015年6月-2016年6月来笔者所在医院接受疗养的110例疗养员,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各55例。给予对照组的疗养员常规性的护理方式,给予试验组的疗养员舒适护理的干预措施。比较两组疗养员总不良反应发生率及对于疗养的满意程度。结果:试验组疗养员护理后的总不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,其治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疗养员对于疗养的总满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有目的、有步骤、有计划地实施舒适护理,不但可以使疗养员在疗养护理的过程中,加强对于相关疾病的知晓率,进而有效控制疾病发生的概率,提升疗养员对于护理的满意程度。同时提高了疗养的服务质量,有助于促进疗养护理事业的发展。

Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in nursing home.Method：110 cases of convalescent patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care of the nursing staff,and the nursing intervention measures were given to the experimental group.The two groups were compared to the total incidence of adverse reactions,as well as the satisfaction of the rehabilitation.Result：The experimental groups for total incidence of adverse reactions and recuperaors effective were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;experimental group for nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of a goal and step by step,there are plans to comfort care,can make the process of nursing care in sanatorium,strengthen the awareness of related diseases,and effective control of the probability of disease occurrence,improve nursing satisfaction for convalescents.At the same time,it can improve the quality of service,help to promote the development of nursing career.
