Comparatively Analyzing the Status of Social Support on Drug Addicts With New-Type Drugs and Traditional Drugs

目的:探讨新型毒品与传统毒品吸食人员的社会支持现状及其影响因素,为提高吸毒人员社会支持系统提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法和社会支持量表,调查分析新型毒品与传统毒品吸食人员的社会支持现状及其影响因素。结果:新型毒品与传统毒品吸食人员的主观支持得分、支持利用度得分和社会支持总得分的组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),logistic回归分析显示,吸食毒品类型、年龄、婚姻状况、家人关系是吸毒人员主观支持得分的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度,婚姻状况是吸毒人员客观支持得分的影响因素(P<0.05);吸食毒品类型、文化程度、家人关系、戒毒措施和毒品危害知晓是吸毒人员支持利用度得分的影响因素(P<0.05);吸食毒品类型、文化程度、婚姻状况、家人关系是吸毒人员社会支持总得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:新型毒品吸食者的社会支持状况好于传统毒品吸食者;除吸食毒品类型外,文化程度、婚姻状况、家人关系等是吸毒人员社会支持的影响因素。

Objective To explore the status of social support on drug addicts with new - type drugs and traditional drugs and its influencing factors, and provide references for improving it. Methods The status of social support on drug addicts with new - type drugs and traditional drugs and its influencing factors were surveyed with stratified random sampling and social support scale. Results There had significant differences of scores of subjective support , support utilization and total score of social support be- tween new - type drug addicts and traditional drug addicts （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Factors of drug types, age, marital status and family rela- tionship can influence the subjective support score （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Factors of age, education background and marital status can influ- ence the objective support score （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Factors of drug types, education background, family relationship, rehabilitation countermeasure and awareness of drugs＇ harm can influence the support utilization score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And factors of drug types, education background, marital status and family relationship can influence the total score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The status of social support on drug addicts with new - type drugs was better than that of addicts with traditional drugs. Factors of drug types, education background, marital status and family relationship can influence the social support.
