不同地理来源绿豆农艺性状的遗传多样性研究 被引量:19

Genetic Diversity of Agronomic Traits of Mung Beans from Different Geographical Sources

摘要 为加快绿豆种质资源的利用,有效地进行绿豆种质创新,为今后的栽培育种工作提供参考,本研究以近年来山西省农业科学院经济作物研究所从各地征集及自主选育的主推70份绿豆为研究材料,对其农艺性状及产量进行综合鉴定、评价。结果表明,变异系数最大的是单株产量,为35.69%,最小的是单荚粒数,为9.67%;开花至收获期的变异系数为8.29%;相关分析表明单株荚数、主茎分枝、株高、单荚粒数、主茎节数与单株产量呈极显著相关,相关系数依次为0.87、0.61、0.56、0.47、0.41;经主成分分析和各指标载荷量大小分析,结果表明,百粒重、单株荚数、荚宽可以成为综合评价绿豆品种的代表性指标。 We studied agronomic traits of 70 mung bean varieties bred or collected by Institute of Economic Crops, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Science from different places, and try to facilitate the using of germplasm resources of mung bean and provide reference for breeding of mung bean. The result indicated that yield per plant had the maximum variable coefficient, which was 35.69%, grain number per pod had the minimum variable coefficient, which was 9.67%; the periods from flowering to harvest varied most, with a variable coefficient of 8.29%; and result also showed that number of pods per plant, main stem branches, plant height, grain number per pod and number of main stem nodes were highly significantly correlated with yield per plant, with correlation coefficients of 0.87, 0.61, 0.56, 0.47, 0.41 respectively; Through main components analysis and load analysis, the result showed that hundred grain weight, number of pods per plant, pod width could be representative indicators of mung bean varieties.
