西藏野生老芒麦种子萌发对温度和水分的响应 被引量:22

摘要 以西藏野生型老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)为材料,采用不同温度(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃)和不同浓度(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)PEG-6000溶液的互作胁迫模拟老芒麦种子萌发的水温环境,研究了西藏野生老芒麦在不同水、热条件下的种子萌发特性。结果表明,不同水、温条件对老芒麦种子萌发具有极显著影响(P<0.01);老芒麦种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等随温度的升高而升高,在25℃条件下对照处理的种子萌发达到了最佳响应;PEG浓度为5%时,老芒麦在15℃和20℃培养条件下,种子发芽率高于对照处理;当PEG-6000浓度为15%时,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等受到了显著抑制(P<0.05),且温度越高所受到的抑制作用越明显。西藏野生老芒麦种子在温度为25℃和PEG溶液浓度为0~5%培养条件下发芽效果较好;种子萌发对水分的响应依赖于温度的变化,低温抑制了种子萌发。 Tibet wild Elymus sibiricus seeds were used as the material, and the water and temperature environment ofElymus sibiricus seed germination was simulated by the interaction of different temperatures (10, 15, 20, 25℃) and different concentrations (0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) of PEG-6000 to study the seed germination characteristics of wild Elymus sibiricus under different hydrothermal conditions. The results showed that different water and temperature conditions had a significant effect on the germination ofElymus sibiricus (P〈0.01); The germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of Elymus sibiricus were increased with the increase of temperature, with the best response under 25 ℃; When PEG concentration was 5%, the seed germination rate was higher under 15 ℃ and 20℃ than that under control. When PEG-6000 concentration was 15%, seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index were significantly inhibited (P〈0.05) and the higher the temperature, the more significant the inhibitory effect. The best germination rate of the wild Elymus sibiricus seeds was at temperature of 25 ℃ and the concentration of PEG solution was 0-5%. The response of seed germination to moisture depends on the temperature changes, lower temperature inhibited seed germination.
