摘要 三催余热锅炉能效监测技术是以三催余热锅炉DCS温度、压力、流量等相关数据为依据,采用正反平衡法,对余热锅炉热效率建立数学模型,通过程序编写,完成DCS操作界面及数据显示工作,最终实现三催余热锅炉连续动态监测。该能效监测系统,可明确余热锅炉的运行情况,通过实时监测,能效数据的准确测定,运行参数的诊断评估,来优化余热锅炉的能源消耗,降低能源浪费,提高生产效率,实现成本降低,提高经济效益。 The energy efficiency monitoring of the FCC exhaust-boiler is based on the parameters of temperatures, pressures and flow-rates taken from DCS. The energy efficiency of the exhaust-boiler can be calculated by the positive and negative equilibrium method through corresponding mathematical models. By way of computer programming, useful DCS data are read and the exhaust-boiler efficiencies are displayed on the DCS screen. The continuous dynamic monitoring of the FCC exhaust - boiler efficiency is thus realized. This energy efficiency monitoring system can reveal the boiler's operating status, by way of the exact determination of diagnosed and optimized.
