摘要
提出在DCS系统上实时显示出CEMS污染物排放小时平均值的具体数据,利于电厂运行人员根据当前小时平均值累计情况,对污染物排放实施精确调整,可以达到既最大化节约能耗又有效控制排放指标避免被考核,从而取得提高综合效益的良好效果。
At present,an important reference for environmental protection departments pollutant emissions conduct assessment of coal- fired power plants is the measurement value of the flue gas continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) , among which the CEMS hour average emissions exceed the standard as a quantitative assessment index. The power plant distributed control system (DCS) only showed emission real-time measurement of instantaneous value, which is not conducive to maximize energy saving and easy to cause the environmental protection departments punishment. In view of such deficiencies, this paper presents the real-time display of hourly average CEMS pollutant data on DCS system, which is conducive to the plant operators to accurately adjust the pollutant emissions according to the current hourly average,which can achieve both maximum saving energy consumption and effective control of emissions targets to avoid assessment, so as to achieve good results to improve overall efficiency.
