基于FCM的高校管理人员绩效考核实证分析

摘要 本文在高校管理人员绩效评价中引入模糊综合评判法,以江西某高校为例,选取该校两名工作人员,并选取工作人员的分管领导、同事、学生共50人组成专家组,从德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方面对其进行评价,进而得出相应的评价矩阵,并运用模糊计算法则,得出综合评价结果。模糊评价法的引入将极大的弥补当前管理人员绩效评价的主观性、片面性,期望能够抛砖引玉,为当前各大高校及其他机关事业单位的人员绩效考核提供借鉴和参考。 This paper, taking a university in Jiangxi Province as an example and selecting two staff members of the school, introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to performance evaluation of college administrators. With an expert group of 50 people selected from their leaders, colleagues, and students, this paper evaluates the administra- tors from five aspects: morality, capacity, diligence, performance, and honesty. Then, we draw the corresponding evaluation matrix, and use the fuzzy calculation rule to get the comprehensive evaluation result. The introduction of fuzzy evaluation method will greatly make up for the subjectivity and one-sidedness of current performance evaluation of administrators. We expect that our research can be instructive and provide references for the current performance appraisal of personnel in institutions of higher education and other institutions.
