摘要
本文分别对37位创新型科技人才以面对面、邮件或电话等方式进行结构性访谈,共筛选出30份有效问卷。研究发现,创新经费、创新环境、收入水平、城市级别和配偶态度是影响创新型科技人才来赣就业意愿行为的主要因素。因此,实现人才强省、经济社会跨越发展,要加大科技创新经费投入,营造良好的创新环境,切实提高创新型科技人才的经济地位和社会地位。
In this paper, we conducted a structured interview with 37 innovative scientists and technologists through face-to-face interview, email, or phone, and filtered 30 valid questionnaires. The'research found that innovation fund- ing, innovation environment, income level, administrative level of the city and attitude of their spouse are the main factors that affect the willingness of innovative talents to come to Jiangxi province. Therefore, in order to become a province with rich talent pool and achieve economic and social spanning development, we should increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, create a good environment for innovation, and effectively improve the economic status and social status of innovative scientific and technological talents.
