集束化康复护理对脑梗死患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响

Influence of cluster rehabilitation nursing on the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction and their daily living abilities

目的探讨集束化康复护理对脑梗死患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年1月在某院就诊的80例脑梗死患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取普通护理措施,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上采取集束化护理措施,观察两组患者的神经功能损伤情况和日常生活能力。结果试验组力量、手功能、行动能力、日常生活能力、记忆与思维、交流、社会参与均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,试验组和对照组治疗前神经功能缺损评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组和对照组治疗前神经功能缺损评分以及减少值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采取集束化康复护理可以明显提高患者的日常生活能力,减轻其神经功能受损情况。

Objective To explore the influence of cluster rehabilitation nursing on the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction and their daily life.Methods 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted in a certain nursing home from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing measures while 40 cases in the experimental group were given routine nursing measures and the cluster nursing measures.Neural function in- juries and daily living abilities were observed. Results Nerve function score of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）, before treatment, the neural function injury score between the experiment group and the control group showed no difference of statistical significance（P〉 0.05）.Daily life abilities of patients is better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Cluster rehabilitation nursing can obviously improve the daily living abilities of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce their neurological damage.
