摘要
目的分析Fascin蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选取73例NSCLC手术后组织标本(NSCLC组)及30例癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化法对两种组织标本进行染色和半定量检测,分析Fascin蛋白在NSCLC组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 NSCLC组织中,Fascin蛋白16例强(+),17例(+),18例弱(+),22例(-),阳性率为69.9%;癌旁组26例(-),4例弱(+),阳性率13.3%;NSCLC组织中Fascin蛋白的阳性率显著高于癌旁组织,差异显著(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中的Fascin蛋白阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤最大径、组织学类型无关(P>0.05);与患者的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度具有显著的关系(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织中Fascin蛋白高表达,并且与NSCLC的分期、分化及淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To study the expression of Fascin protein in human NSCLC and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics. Methods 73 cases of NSCLC were collected with 30 cases of adjacent tissues. The expression of protein in NSCLC tissues and the relationship between the expression of Fascin protein in NSCLC tissues and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Fascin protein in NSCLC tissues was strongly positive in 16 cases, positive in 18 cases, weakly positive in 22 eases, and positive rate of 69.86% cases. In 26 cases of the adjacent tissues, positive expression was 4 cases( 13.3% ). Positive expression rate of Fasein protein in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression of Fasein protein in NSCLC was not related to the age, gender, smoking history, tumor size, histological type (P 〉 0. 05 ), but related to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and histological differentiation degree of patients ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of Fascin protein in NSCLC tissues is associated with the stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.
