马铃薯糖苷生物碱粗提品对小鼠体重及免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了更好的了解马铃薯糖苷生物碱的毒性作用,对马铃薯的皮和芽进行提取,利用其提取的α-茄碱、α-卡茄碱的混合物对小鼠进行灌胃。观测提取物对小鼠体重、死亡率、免疫器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白的影响。试验结果表明,马铃薯糖苷生物碱中的α-茄碱(α-solanine)和α-卡茄碱(α-chaconine)对小鼠有一定的毒性作用,能够抑制小鼠体重的增长,不同浓度的马铃薯糖苷生物碱使小鼠免疫器官指数降低,IgA,IgM含量升高,300 mg/kg体重马铃薯糖苷生物碱呈现的对生长的抑制和对免疫功能的毒性最大,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),并对小鼠有致死作用。 In order In get a better understanding of the toxic effects of the glycoside alkaloids, the polato skin and buds were extracted and the extracts were, used in mice. The effects of extracts on body weight, mortality, immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin were observed. The test results showed that solanine ( alpha - snlanine) and alpha ehaconinc ( alpha - chaconine) of potato glycoalkalnids had toxic effect on mice. Mouse weight growth was inhihited, and lhe different concentrations of polalo glycnalkaloids lead to the decrease of immune organ index of mice. The content of lgA and lgM was incle,ased, and the inhibition of the growth of mic.e and the toxicity to immune function were, the largest in 300 mg/kg, which was significantly different from that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and caused the death of mice.
