江苏省147家医院医疗器械清洗现状调查

Investigation on status of medical instruments cleaning in 147 hospitals of Jiangsu province

目的了解医院消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗质量和耗材使用情况,为规范医疗器械清洗消毒操作规程提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对江苏省147家医院消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗程序进行调查。结果各级医院都存在医疗器械清洗程序及使用耗材不合理情况,导致清洗后仍有不同程度污渍残留,器械损耗率较高。结论在保湿预处理、分类清洗、润滑剂的使用等方面,所调查的医院消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗程序与现行行业标准存在差距,存在灭菌隐患。

Objective To study the cleaning quality of medical equipment and the use of consumables in Sterilization and Supply Center of hospital,to provide the basis for standardizing the operating procedures of cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the cleaning procedure of medical equipment in147 hospitals in Jiangsu. Results Improper usage were existed by varying degrees of the cleaning procedure of medical equipment and the use of consumables in hospitals,resulting in different degrees of residual stains after cleaning,and the rate of instruments damage was high. Conclusion In protect wet pretreatment,classification of cleaning and the use of lubricant,there are gaps between the device cleaning procedures investigated in hospital disinfection supply center and current industry standard,potential hazards in sterilization is still existing.
