宁夏石嘴山地区基层医疗卫生机构医院感染管理现状调查

Investigation on present situation of hospital infection management in basic medical and health institutions in Ningxia Shizuishan district

目的了解石嘴山地区基层医疗卫生机构医院感染管理现状与存在问题,提出有效应对策略。方法依据《基层医疗机构医院感染管理基本要求》,采用问卷调查和现场查看方式,对宁夏石嘴山地区基层卫生机构医院感染管理现状进行调查与分析。结果参与调查的基层医疗卫生机构包括一级医院、乡镇卫生院和社区医疗服务机构共58家。所有基层医疗机构均成立了感染监控小组,均为兼职人员;感染管理专兼职人员学历和职称偏低,专业持证人员占31%;70%以上人员掌握了医疗对医院感染和消毒隔离知识,对于医院感染概念的掌握最差,其中乡镇卫生院人员的知晓率仅为18.57%;各机构都建立了消毒供应室,灭菌装材料总合格率最高,为46.6%;合格率最低的是环境生物监测,为27.6%。结论该地区基层医疗机构医院感染管理水平距离标准存在差距,应加强人员队伍建设、消毒供应室规范准化,强化监督指导。

Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of the hospital infection management of basic-level medical and health institutions in Shizuishan district,and put forward effective countermeasures. Methods In accordance with the grass-roots hospital infection management basic requirement of medical institution,questionnaire survey and field viewing were used to in investigate and analyze hospital infection management present situation of grassroots health workers at Shizuishan region. Results The primary medical and health institutions participating in the survey included 58 hospitals,township hospitals and community medical services. All primary medical institutions had established an infection monitoring group,which were all part-time workers. It had a low degree of academic qualification and professional title for the management of infection management,with 31% of professional licensed personnel. More than 70% of the staff had mastered the knowledge of hospital infection and disinfection and quarantine,and had the worst grasp of the concept of hospital infection. Among them,the awareness rate of township health workers was only 18. 57%. The sterilization supply room was established in all institutions,and the total acceptance rate of sterilizing materials was the highest,46. 6%. The lowest qualified rate was environmental biological monitoring,27. 6%. Conclusion There is a gap between the standard of hospital infection management of the primary medical institutions in the region,and the supervision and guidance should be strengthened in the construction of personnel team and the standardization of sterilization supply room.
