摘要
通过共沉淀法制备磁性华博特滤料,采用定容法配制硝酸银溶液,用浸渍法制得的磁性载银华博特滤料,并用红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)及电镜扫描(SEM)对制得的磁性载银滤料进行表征分析。在固定床实验系统上对5种滤料进行脱除Hg^0的实验,磁性华博特滤料、磁性载银华博特滤料对Hg^0的脱除实验,以及在不同反应条件下磁性载银华博特滤料对Hg^0的脱除实验。结果表明:5种纤维滤料中脱汞效率最高的是华博特滤料,将HBT滤料磁性载银后对Hg^0的脱除效率大幅提高;Hg^0的脱除效率随着反应温度的升高先升高后降低。
Magnetic HBT filter material were prepared by co-precipitation, silver nitrate solution was prepared by constant volume method,and magnetic silver-loaded HBT filter material is made by impregnation method;FTIR-ATR and SEM were used to characterize the magnetic properties of the silver loaded filter media. The experiment was conducted to study the removal performance of Hg0 with five kinds of fiber filter material on the fixed bed reactor system, it also includes magnetic HBT filter media, magnetic silver-loaded HBT filter media, and magnetic silver loaded HBT filter media under different reaction conditions. The results show that the highest efficiency of five kinds of filter media is HBT filter media, and the removal efficiency of Hg0 is greatly improved after magnetic-silver loading;with the increase of the reaction temperature, the removal efficiency of Hg0 increased first and then decreased, with the increase of the concentration of Hg0 showed no entrance rule changes.
