摘要
为培育适宜双季晚稻机插的健壮秧苗,提高机插双季晚稻产量,以杂交晚稻品种五丰优T025为材料,研究了不同育秧方式、喷施多效唑对机插秧苗素质、大田生长及产量的影响。结果表明,旱育秧苗根量、发根力、假茎宽、成秧率均高于湿润育秧秧苗,机插大田后叶面积指数、大田干物质生产量和实际产量均高于湿润育秧处理;在秧苗1叶1心时喷施200 mg/kg多效唑可提高秧苗发根力、假茎宽以及成秧率,且机插大田后秧苗返青快,叶面积指数、大田干物质生产量、有效穗数和实际产量均明显增加;旱育秧并在秧苗1叶1心时喷施200 mg/kg多效唑处理秧苗素质明显优于其他处理,机插后大田生长优势明显,有效穗数、实际产量显著高于其他处理。双季晚稻机插育秧选择旱育秧并在秧苗1叶1心时喷施200 mg/kg多效唑较为合理。
To raise vigorous seedlings for mechanical transplanting of double-cropping late rice to achieve high yield, using Wufengyou T025, a late hybrid rice variety, as the materials, the effects of different seedling-raising methods and application of paclobutrazol were studied on the seedling qualities, growth and yield of mechanically- transplanted double-cropping late rice. The results showed that the dryland seedling-raising method ( Y1 ) had high- er number of roots per plant, stronger rooting ability, greater stem base width and higher adult seedling rate than the wetland seedling-raising method (Y2). After transplanting, Y1 had higher leaf area index (LAI), dry matter production and grain yield than Y2. The treatment of paclobutrazol application ( HI, spraying 200 mg/kg of pa- elobutrazol at 1.1 leaf stage) could increase the rooting ability of seedlings, stem base width and adult seedling rate, and after transplanting had faster recovery from transplanting shock and increased LAI, dry matter production, number of productive panicles and grain yield compared with that of non paclobutrazol application (H2, without spraying 200 mg/kg of paclobutrazol at 1.1 leaf stage). The treatment of Y1 HI showed much better seedling quali- ties resulting in better growth after transplanting, higher number of productive panicles and grain yield than all of the other treatments. It is indicated that it is most reasonable to choose the dryland seedling-raising method and spraying 200 mz/kg of paclobutrazol at 1.1 leaf stage for mechanically-transplanted double-cropping late rice.
