关于“粤港澳大湾区”的若干思考

Thinking on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

就粤港澳大湾区及其发展规划提出若干观点:1)粤港澳大湾区概念的关键词是"粤港澳",而不是"大湾区";2)粤港澳大湾区建设和粤港澳大湾区城市群发展规划的核心和实质,是促进粤港澳合作的拓展和深化,保障一国两制下香港、澳门的长期繁荣稳定,帮助港澳融入国家发展大局,提升粤港澳地区在国家经济发展和对外开放中的地位与功能;3)要在全球格局、国家战略中认识粤港澳大湾区的使命,在引领中国发展新高度、连接中国和世界、引领改革与创新三方面凸显其角色;4)粤港澳合作要从优势互补走向优势整合、从各施所能走向协同争取、从各有精彩走向共同缔造。

Several key points on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area （Hereinafter the Bay Area for short） are put forward：1） the keywords should be＆quot;Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao＆quot;, rather than＆quot;bay area＆quot;;2） the core objective of the planning for the Bay area would be to deepen the cooperation among the three places, to maintain the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao under the＆quot;one country, two systems＆quot;policy, and to enhance the status and function of these regions in the national economic development and opening to the outside world;3） the mission and role of the Bay Area should be recognized in the framework of the global pattern-national strategy-local capacity; 4） the Bay Area Planning should promote advantage integration, collaborative striving and co-creation.
