空调设备清洗方法的研究

Study on Cleaning Method of Air Conditioning Equipment

本文介绍了空调室内机清洗的新方法,并对蒸汽清洗机喷嘴、刷头的设计做了说明。实验证实:由高压清洗改为蒸汽清洗后,不仅削减了清扫时的人工成本和废液处理费用,还能对热交换器的散热片实施深度清洗。最后,提出了改进蒸汽清洗的新课题。

In this paper, a new method for cleaning indoor air conditioner is introduced.,the design of nozzle and brash head of steam cleaning machine is described.Experimental results show that steam cleaning instead of the high pressure cleaning not only reduces the labor cost and the cost of waste water treatment, but also makes the deep cleaning of the heat exchanger fin available. In the end, a new project for improving steam cleaning is put forward.
