需要什么样的“双十一”

摘要 电商发展至今,市场已然成熟,百亿、千亿平台也出现了多家,竞争在所难免,但仍以粗放、简单的价格竞争及口水战,显然已经不能解决问题。中国电子商务行业面临的早已不是过去的市场,如今监管更为规范,法治环境也逐步完善,消费者对于商品和服务的需求亦不可同日而语。在此背景下,电商的竞争更多应放在服务和商品品质的本身,而非价格和相互的攻击、谩骂。整个行业都该反思:我们需要什么样的"双十一"? With the development of the electricity business, the market has developed, having many tens-of-billion plat forms, thus thecom petition betweense llersis extremely fierce. What China's e-commerce industry faces is no longer the past market. Nowadays, the supervision by the government is more and more reputable, with the legal environment more and more completed. Consumers' requirements to commodities and services cannot be mentioned in the same breath. Under this background, the competition between electricity business should pay more attention to the quality of service and the goods themselves, rather than prices or mutual attack. The industry as a whole ought to reflect themselves: what kind of "double eleven" do we have?
