摘要
核心素养作为课程设计的DNA,是深化我国课程改革的重要理念。回顾基于"三维目标"构建的《义务教育语文课程标准(2011年)》版,新课标的实施将语文教学从"应试教育"转向以"对话"为本质的教学活动,取得丰硕成果。但同时新课标在"目标—评价"上的弊端逐渐显露。目标各维度相互纠缠,评价范围的狭窄,成为了阻碍语文学科向前发展的新壁垒。核心素养作为"三维目标"的升级版,已成为世界大多数国家课程标准构建的新理论基础。因此,通过对"核心素养—语文核心素养"背景和内涵的诠释,建构以语言的应用能力、思维能力、探究能力和审美能力为基础的语文核心素养"四位一体"能力框架,作为语文课程标准研制的新归属参照系,厘清课标中语文核心素养的概念,构建基于语文核心素养的"目标—评价"体系。
As the DNA of curriculum design, key competencies is an important concept of depending curriculum reform in China. Reviewing the"compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard(2011)" which was built based on"three dimensional goal",the implementation of new Chinese teaching from"test-orientated"to as the"dialogue"as the nature of teaching activity is getting a big harvest. Meanwhile, the shortcoming of new curriculum standard about"goal-evaluation"gradually revealed. Each dimension of target is entwined with each other and the narrow scope of evaluation has become a new barrier to impeding the development of the liberal arts. As an updated version of"three-dimension target",core competence has become the new theoretical foundation for curriculum standard construction of most countries in the world.Therefore, through interpretation of the background and meaning on"key competencies-Chinese key competencies"to construct a"quaternity"framework of Chinese core competence which takes the application of language ability, thinking ability, exploring ability and aesthetic ability as the foundation.Taking it as the new reference frame,to clarify the concept of Chinese key competencies and construct the system based on"target-evaluation"of Chinese key competencies.
