Analysis on Operating Mechanism of University-School Collaboration Training Teachers

大学与中小学校合作培养教师运行机制是培养高质量职前教师的重要保障。文章以喀什大学和中小学合作为例,首先阐述了大学与中小学校合作培养教师的现状,指出合作运行机制中存在的合作意识淡薄、制度建设缺位、资源利用不足等实际问题,进而提出了提高合作意识、完善合作运行制度、充分利用大学与中小学校合作资源等改革建议。

Collaboration between University-School to cultivate teachers＇ operating mechanism is an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality pre-service teachers.The article takes Kashgar University and schools as an example.This paper first describes the current situation of cultivating teachers in Kashgar University and school, and points out that there are some practical problems in cooperative operation, such as lack of cooperation consciousness, lack of system construction and lack of resources, so as to raise awareness, improve and perfect cooperation run the system, make full use of university and school cooperation resources and other reform proposals.
