公共行政学借助政治学、管理学、政治经济学、法学和社会学等研究路径经过一百多年的发展,成为当前社会科学中最有影响力的一门学科和公共治理的行为指南。本论文以其历史发展的宏观过程为脉络,系统地比较分析政治经济学和管理学研究路径在概念与理论、流派、逻辑基础与方法、影响力等方面对公共行政学研究的深刻影响。得出结论,两种研究路径对公共行政发展的影响清晰而重要;中国公共行政学界应该立足实际发展出自己的管理学和政治经济学研究路径。

Blending the advantage of political science as well as management、political economics、law and sociology, the research approaches of Public administration have become the most influential discipline in social sciences. Meanwhile the guidelines and tools of public governance have been changed greatly during this one-hundred year. This analysis based on historical development process of public administration, systematically compare political economics and management research approaches. And its research include conceptions、theories、doctrines、logical foundations 、methods 、the influences. Its conclusions are the same regards and differences are clear and significant for the development of public administration; China＇s public administration academic practice should base on the actual development of their own management and political economics research path.
