近年来,我校按照督导工作"1234方法论"统筹开展教学督导工作。注重总体教学监控方案设计,建成了教学督导员队伍和学生信息员队伍;常规督导、专项检查及评价认定全面开展,实现了教师全覆盖听课检查、各类课程全面监控;校院督导工作和学生信息员工作形成合力,及时反馈教学运行中存在的问题,分清责任主体、突出问题导向、实现教改联动,促进教学质量不断提升。
