摘要
在背跃式跳高项目中最容易受伤的是起跳脚踝关节内侧副韧带,为了避免损伤,保障运动员的全面系统学习和训练,本文根据背越式跳高技术的解剖学与生物力学特点进行分析,对在背越式跳高项目中踝关节损伤的预防与容易出现的运动损伤康复治疗进行分析和研究。
The easiest part to be injured is the medial collateral ligament of ankle joint of the take-off foot during the Fosbury flop training. To avoid unnecessary injury and ensure athletes' Comprehensive system learning and training, this paper was based on the anatomy and biomechanics of Fosbury flop training and analysis researches the incidental ankle injury prevention recovery training during the Fosbury flop training.
