摘要
采用悬浮态焙烧炉对贵州某高硫铝土矿进行了焙烧脱硫的半工业化试验。结果表明,黄铁矿在焙烧过程中氧化放热,起到能量补偿作用。温度600℃时焙烧试验实际能耗为28.9kg标煤/t-铝土矿,与理论计算值基本吻合。焙烧脱硫能耗成本低,消除了硫和有机物的危害,是一种经济、可靠的脱硫技术方案。
The pilot test focused on the calcination of high - sulfur bauxite in Guizhou by using suspension calciner was conducted. The results showed that, the oxidation reaction of pyrite is exothermic which can compensate for the energy of calcination. The actual energy consumption of calcination test under 600℃ was 28.9kgce/t -bauxite, which is basically coincided with the computed result. The desulfurization by calcination is an economic and reli- able technological scheme, which is lower cost and can eliminate the harm of sulfur and organic compound.
