摘要
烧结法熟料溶出浆液快速分离技术一直是氧化铝工业领域的一个技术难题。本文主要通过翻盘过滤机在粉煤灰碱石灰烧结法溶出浆液快速分离的试验研究中,对其滤布选型、滤布再生效果、溶出浆液物料性质(固含/温度/粒度)、滤饼洗涤效果等主要参数进行探讨,为工业生产过程中溶出工艺的确定与设备选型提供试验依据。实验结果表明,翻盘过滤机可用于粉煤灰碱石灰烧结法溶出浆液快速分离。
Rapid separation of digestion slurry in Sintering process has been the technical problem in alumina industry for a long time. The rapid separation of digestion slurry by tilting pan filter was tested in fly ash soda - lime sintering process, the filter cloth selection, the recycling effect of filter cloth and properties of digestion slurry (such as solid content, temperature and particle size of slurry) , filter cake washing efficiency were studied, which provides experiment references for digestion process and equipment selection of the industrial production. The experimental results show that the rapid separation of digestion slurry in fly ash soda -lime sintering process by tilting pan filter is applicable.
