摘要
本文进行了硫酸铵与粉煤灰混合焙烧提取氧化铝的相关实验,着重研究了焙烧温度、保温时间和物料配比等因素对焙烧效果产生的影响。其结果表明:焙烧温度570℃、保温时间不低于30min、总焙烧时间不低于120min以及物料配比6.3∶1为硫酸铵与粉煤灰的适宜焙烧制度。形成硫酸铝的最主要影响因素是物料配比,保温时间和烧结温度次之,升温时间的影响最小。
The experiments on the alumina extraction by mixed calcinations of fly ash and ammonium sulfate were carried out. The effects on calcination of calcination temperature, holding time and proportioning ratio were emphatically studied. The results show that the proper conditions for calcinations are as temperature 570℃, holding time no less than 30 min, total calcination time no less than 120 min, and proportioning ratio 6.3: 1. The main factor influen- cing the formation of aluminum sulfate is the ratio, the holding time and sintering temperature are the next, and the influence of heating time is the least.
