摘要 本文根据PFC产生的电化学原理,利用阳极电流分布的在线检测装置,经过大量的探索与实验,研究了两种识别PFC排放。此两种方法既能识别效应PFC排放又能识别非效应PFC排放。在已知氧化铝浓度的情况下,可使用临界电流密度法,先计算出触发PFC生成的临界电流密度值,然后比较在线检测所得电流密度值,若实测电流密度大于临界电流密度,即判断有PFC生成;经过工业现场验证,该方法可以有效地识别电解槽PFC排放,为工业铝电解槽PFC减排提供了技术支撑。 In this paper according to the electrochemical theory of PFC emission, two identification methods of PFC emission from aluminum reduction cells were studied through a large amount of exploration and experiments using on - line measuring device. Two methods not only could indentify AE - PFC but also could identify NAE - PFC. When the alumina concentration was given, the critical current density which touched off PFC emission was firstly calcu- lated by the critical current density method, and then compared the experimental value measured on - line with this critical current density. If the experi- mental value was greater than the critical value, PFC released. By field verification test, this method could effectively identify PFC emission, and give technical support for reduction PFC emission from aluminum reduction cells.
