摘要
[目的]探究毡毛栒子红色果实标本制作保存液的配方。[方法]使用不同配方的保存液对丽江野生观赏植物毡毛栒子果实进行浸制处理。[结果]初步得出毡毛栒子红色果实较适保色处理固定液配制参数为:8 m L福尔马林、8 g硼酸和1 000 m L蒸馏水,保存液配制参数为:500 m L 1%亚硫酸、18 g硼酸、500 m L蒸馏水。[结论]浓度比例合适的保存液能够提高标本的保存时间和保色效果。
[Objective] To explore the appropriate formula of specimen preservation liquid on Cotoneaster pannosus. [Method] This study took wild ornamental plant Cotoneaster pannosus in Lijiang as materials, which were treated by different foumula of preservation liquid. [Result] The findings showed that the optimum stationary liquid of the fruit were 8 mL formalin, 8 g boric acid and 1 000 mL distilled water, and the concocting parameters of preservation liquid were 500 mL 1% sulfurous acid, 18 g boric acid and 500 mL distilled water. [Conclusion] Befitting preservation liquid could improve the color retention and retention time.
