马铃薯晚疫病的田间调查及药剂筛选试验

摘要 [目的]为探讨马铃薯晚疫病在承德的田间流行规律,筛选出高效低毒药剂。[方法]通过田间实地观察记载,筛选不同药剂对马铃薯晚疫病进行防治。[结果]5种杀菌剂叶面喷雾处理后对马铃薯晚疫病均有一定的防治效果,其中,687.5 g/L银发利FSC600倍液喷雾,对马铃薯晚疫病防效最好为85.13%,产量最高为39 166 kg/hm^2,较常规对照增产31.7%,比清水对照增产60.3%;50%锰锌·氟吗啉WP800倍液处理次之,产量37 466 kg/hm^2,对马铃薯晚疫病防效为84.57%,比常规对照增产26.0%,比清水对照增产53.3%。[结论]银发利和氟吗啉锰锌两种处理对马铃薯晚疫病的防治效果好、持效期长,对马铃薯安全无药害,可以作为马铃薯晚疫病的防治药剂加以推广应用。 In order to explore the epidemic law of potato late blight in Chengde field, we screen out the agents with high efficiency and low toxicity. [Method] Through the field observation records, screening different drugs on potato late blight disease control. [Result] 5 kinds of fungicide foliar spray treatment of potato late blight have a certain control effect,Among them, 687.5 g/L silver FSC 600 times spray, the best control effect of potato late blight was 85.13%, the highest yield was 39 166 kg/hm^2, 31.7% higher than the conventional control, 60.3% higher than the control of the water;The results showed that the control effect of potato powder was 84.57%, which was 26.0% higher than that of the conventional control, and 53.3% higher than the control of the water. The yield of potato late blight was 37 466 kg/hm^2. [Conclusion] silverhair and fluoride morpholine manganese and zinc treatment of potato late blight disease control effect is good, long lasting, safe and no harm to potato, so,these can be used as a late blight control agents to promote the application.
