摘要
主要探讨了铝粉、碳纤维、石墨粉等填料为变量,对螺杆泵定子橡胶导热性能、拉伸强度等的影响。同样用量份数的铝粉,球形结构比片状结构更有利于提高硫化橡胶的导热系数,但拉伸强度和撕裂性能却不如片状结构,石墨粉可使胶料具有较高的强度,较大的伸长率,导热系数也较高,因此是一种比较好的导热填料。因石墨的晶体结构是层状,具有很好的润滑性,易于分散,故胶料伸长率高,定伸应力低。SiC和AlN对胶料物理机械性能的影响相当。相对于铝粉填料,在满足导热的前提下,石墨粉可以使胶料有较好的综合性能。
This paper mainly discussed the influence of aluminum powder, carbon fiber, graphite powder and other fillers on the thermal conductivity, tensile strength, etc.The same amount of aluminum powder, the vulcanized rubber of spherical structure has higher coefficient of thermal conductivity, but the tensile strength and tear properties are opposites. Graphite powder is a better heat conducting filler which can make the glue have higher strength, higher elongation and higher thermal conductivity. Because of the lamellar crystal structure, graphite has good lubrication and dispersity. Therefore, the elongation rate of the adhesive is high and the tensile stress is low. The effects of Si C and Al N on the mechanical properties of rubber are similar. Compared with the aluminum powder filler, the graphite powder can make the rubber have better comprehensive performance under the precondition of satisfying the heat conduction.
