主要介绍了如何制定和完善数控机床日常保养制度。从数控机床故障率谈起,分析数控机床日常保养对减少数控机床故障率,并且通过实例具体介绍数控机床日常保养的细节,减少故障时间、提高数控机床生产效率。
This paper mainly introduced how to formulate and improve the daily maintenance system of CNC machine tools. This paper starts from the analysis of NC machine tool failure rate, analyzed the importance of daily maintenance of CNC machine tools to reduce the failure rate, and introduced the details of daily maintenance of CNC machine tools by examples, reducing the failure time and improving the production efficiency of CNC machine tools.
