摘要 针对组合式双螺杆挤出机及其配套加料系统,采用仪表控制结合西门子S7-200PLC与Portal V13中组态系统WinCC RT advanced建立以太网通讯,应用Modbus RTU协议采集现场信号并做数据记录和加密处理,结合筒体加热超温保护机制及航空电连接器,保证了设备拆接的可靠性和便利性以及工艺参数的保密性。 Aiming at the combined twin screw extruder and its feeding system, this paper used the instrument control combined with SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and Portal V13 configuration system Win CC RT advanced to establish Ethernet communication. Modbus RTU protocol is used to collect the field signal, and to do data recording and encryption processing, along with the over temperature protection mechanism of cylinder heating and avionics connectors, to guarantee the reliability and convenience of equipment disassembly and the confidentiality of process parameters.
