早期乳腺癌保留乳腺手术治疗的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Breast Conserving Surgery for Early Breast Cancer

目的研究早期乳腺癌患者保留乳腺手术治疗的临床价值。方法60例乳腺癌患者以入院时间先后为标准将其分为2组,分别给予保留乳腺手术治疗(观察组30例)及改良根治术治疗(对照组30例),对比两组患者疗效差异。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(96.7%)高于对照组患者(80.0%),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者乳房美观满意度(90.0%)优于对照组患者(63.3%),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保留乳腺手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者效果显著,患者乳房美观满意度高。

Objective To study the clinical value of breast conserving surgery in patients with early breast cancer.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups according to the hospital admission time.The patients were treated with breast conserving surgery（30 cases in the observation group） and modified radical mastectomy（30 cases in the control group）.The differences of the effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group（96.7%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（80.0%）with significantdifference（P〈0.05）.The aesthetic satisfaction（90.0%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（63.3%） and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breast conserving in the treatment of early breast cancer patients has significant effect,the patient＇s breast aesthetic satisfaction increases.
