阿加曲班联合丁苯肽治疗老年急性进展性脑梗死的疗效分析

Clinical Observation on Argatroban Injection and Butylthalide Soft Capsules in Treatment of Acute Progressive Cerebral Infraction in the Elderly Patients

目的观察利用阿加曲班联合丁苯肽对老年急性进展性脑梗死进行治疗的具体效果及安全可靠性。方法选择2017年5—9月于我院就诊的60例患者,其经诊断均患有老年急性进展性脑梗死,通过随机方法把患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予阿加曲班药物治疗,实验组在此基础上联合丁苯肽治疗。分别于治疗前与治疗后15 d进行NIHSS评分,并对两组患者在治疗前后各自神经功能缺损进行比较分析,以判断其是否有所改善,并对两组患者具体临床治疗效果进行比较。结果经过治疗发现,实验组NIHSS评分低于对照组,两者差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过阿加曲班联合丁苯肽治疗进展性脑梗死进行具有一定临床意义,可改善患者治疗效果,增强神经功能。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the treatment of elderly patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction by the combined use of argatroban and butylphthalide.Methods 60 patients in our hospital who were diagnosed with senile acute progressive cerebral infarction from May to September 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group through random method,each group of 30 patients,the control group was given argatroban therapyon the basis of routine treatment,the experimental group was given the combination of butylphthalide and argatrobantreatment.NIHSS score was compared before treatment and 15 d after the treatment,and neurological impairment were compared before and after treatment to determine whether they had improved,and clinical treatment effect comparison was carried out.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is of clinical significance to treat progressive cerebral infarction with the combined therapy of argatroban and butylphthalide,which can significantly improve the treatment effect and enhance the neurological function.
