摘要 目的对比两种联合方式治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法将本院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者60例随机分为曲安奈德+激光治疗组、雷珠单抗+激光治疗组,分别采用球后注射曲安奈德联合黄斑区格栅样光凝治疗及玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合黄斑区格栅样光凝治疗,并观察治疗前后结果。结果雷珠单抗+激光治疗组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)治疗后2周、1个月、3个月均优于曲安奈德+激光治疗组(P<0.05)。结论雷珠单抗球内注射联合黄斑区格栅样光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的效果明显。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of two combined therapies for macular edema of diabetic retinopathy.Methods Sixty patients with macular edema of diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into triamcinolone acetonide + laser treatment group and ranibizumab plus laser treatment group.The patients were treated with retrobular injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with macular grid photocoagulation treatment and intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined macular grid-like photocoagulation treatment,and observe the results before and after treatment.Results The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) and macular center retinal thickness(CMT) in ranibizumab + laser group were better than that of triamcinolone acetonide + laser group at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months(P〈0.05).Conclusion The intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with macular grid-like photocoagulation treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular edema effect is obvious.
