湿疹喷雾剂联合湿疹纳米乳膏治疗慢性局限性湿疹的临床疗效观察

To Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Eczema Spray Combined With Eczema Nano Cream in the Treatment of Chronic Localized Eczema

目的对慢性局限性湿疹患者接受湿疹喷雾剂联合湿疹纳米乳膏治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法 2013年1月—2014年1月我院对74例慢性局限性湿疹患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组使用卤米松软膏治疗,研究组使用湿疹喷雾剂联合湿疹纳米乳膏进行治疗,对比分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果经过3周的治疗,研究组的平均体征评分为(2.14±0.57)分,对照组的平均体征评分是(4.97±1.06)分;研究组的治疗有效率是94.59%,复发率是5.41%,对照组有效率是81.08%,复发率是21.62%,两组的结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性局限性湿疹患者,使用湿疹喷雾剂联合湿疹纳米乳膏治疗有效率高,复发率低,患者使用后没有出现严重不良反应情况,因此使用的安全性有保障,效果突出。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of eczema spray combined with eczema nano cream in the treatment of chronic localized eczema.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,74 cases of chronic localized eczema patients in our hospital were analyzed,the patients were divided into control group and study group,the control group was treated with halometasone ointment,the study group was treated with eczema spray combined with eczema nano cream,clinical treatment in two groups was comparative analyzed.Results After three weeks of treatment,the average score of signs in the study group were（2.14±0.57） points,the average score of signs in the control group was（4.97±1.06）; the effective rate of the study group was 94.59%,the recurrence rate was 5.41%,the effective rate of the control group was 81.08%,the recurrence rate was 21.62%,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with chronic localized,the combination of eczema spray with eczema nano cream treatment could obtain high effective rate,low recurrence rate,and no serious adverse reaction,so the safety is high and effect is prominent.
