摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心手术器械管理中应用品管圈的具体方法与应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月进行消毒灭菌的1 200个手术器械包作为观察组,选取2012年1月—2013年1月进行消毒灭菌的1 200个手术器械包作为对照组。比较两组手术器械包不合格状况,来评估品管圈模式的应用效果。结果观察组手术器械包发生不合格的共有90个,其发生率为7.50%;对照组手术器械包发生不合格的共430个,其发生率为35.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中引入品管圈能够有效地保证手术器械包质量,从而提高手术器械包合格率,使得手术室工作能够顺利地开展。
Objective To explore the specific methods and application effect of the quality control circle in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods 1 200 surgical instruments were disinfected from January 2014 to January 2015 as the observation group. 1 200 surgical instruments were disinfected from January 2012 to January 2013 as the control group. The status of defect between the two groups of surgical instruments were compared to assess the effect of quality control circle. Results There were 90 defect surgical instrument packages in observation group, the incidence rate was 7.50%. There were 430 defect surgical instrument packages in the control group, the incidence rate was 35.83%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The introduction of quality control circle in the management of surgical equipment in disinfection supply center can effectively improve the disinfection quality of surgical instruments, thus reducing the surgical accidents caused by defects in surgical instruments and improving the safety of operation.
