摘要
目的研究分析成年女性压力性尿失禁患者接受护理干预后的生活质量改善情况。方法选取压力性尿失禁成年女性患者60例进行研究。为患者提供护理干预,评估患者接受护理前后3个月的生活质量情况。结果全部患者都接受了护理干预措施,护理前患者的ICIQFLUTS评分平均为(47.1±1.1)分,护理后3个月平均为(22.1±1.6)分,IDI-7评分护理前平均为(19.1±1.1)分,护理后3个月平均为(13.1±1.6)分。压力性尿失禁患者的生活质量在护理后得到了提升,生活质量改善明显(P<0.05)。结论压力性尿失禁成年女性患者接受护理干预措施能够改善患者的生活质量,提升护理效果。
Objective To study and analyze the quality of life improvement of adult female patients with stress urinary incontinence after accepting nursing intervention. Methods A total of 60 female patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected for the study. To provide nursing intervention for patients, and evaluate the quality of life of patients 3 months before and after receiving nursing care. Results All the patients received nursing intervention, nursing care of patients before the average ICIQFLUTS score was （47.1±1.1）, nursing after 3 months average （22.1±1.6） points, IDI-7 score before nursing average （19.1±1.1）, nursing after 3 months average （13.1±1.6） branch. The quality of life in patients with stress urinary incontinence was improved after nursing, and the quality of life improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures for adult female patients with stress urinary incontinence ean improve the quality of life of patients, improve the effect of nursing.
