红光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及护理

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing of Red Light in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的研究带状疱疹红光治疗的疗效及护理效果。方法选取2016年1—12月在我院进行治疗的带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组,38例/组。其中,对照组患者实施西药治疗及护理,观察组在其基础上加用红光治疗及护理。对比两组带状疱疹治疗疗效。结果观察组带状疱疹患者的止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗及积极的护理干预应用在带状疱疹患者中有助于缓解患者的疼痛,疗效确切。

Objective To study the curative effect and nursing effect on red light therapy for herpes zoster. Methods The study subjects were herpes zoster patients selected from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group. Among them, the patients in control group were treated with western medicine treatment and care, on the basis, the observation group was treated with red light treatment and care. The effect of herpes zoster treatment was compared between two groups. Results The analgesia time, the time of blistering and scab were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and active nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster can help relieve the pain of patients, the effect is exact.
