小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预指导效果分析

Effect Analysis of Pediatric Critical Care Scoring Method on Pediatric Nursing Intervention Guidance

目的探讨小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预指导效果。方法研究对象为2016年8月—2017年8月入我院并接受治疗的64例小儿危重病患儿,通过电脑随机的方式,平分为两组,即常规组与研究组,两组分别有32例。全部患儿均实施小儿危重病护理评分,常规组在此基础之上接受常规化护理,而研究组则按照评分结果实施相应的护理干预指导。结果两组经过护理后,小儿危重评分均有所升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿护理工作中,通过小儿危重病护理评分法实施相应的干预指导,能够有效提高危重病患儿的护理效果,确保患儿预后质量及安全健康。

Objective To explore the effect of pediatric critical care scoring method on pediatric nursing intervention. Methods 64 cases of critically ill children in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017, through the computer random method, were divided into two groups, namely the normal group and the study group, 32 cases in each group. All the children were used pediatric critical care scoring method, the conventional group received routine nursing on this basis, while the study group received corresponding nursing intervention guidance according to the scoring results. Results After two groups of nursing, the critical score of children increased （P 〈 0.05）, and the score in study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In pediatric nursing, the implementation of appropriate intervention under the guidance of pediatric critical care scoring methods, can effectively improve the effect of nursing care of critically ill children, ensure the quality and safety of health prognosis.
