骨科人工关节置换术患者的优质护理分析

Analysis of High Quality Nursing Care of Patients With Artificial Joint Replacement in Department of Orthopedics

目的通过实验研究,分析优质护理对骨科人工关节置换术患者的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年2月,我院人工髋关节置换术患者80例,采用随机数字表达法分组,常规组、优质组各40例,分别安排常规护理、优质护理,观察康复结果。结果优质组消化系统并发症、并发症合计发生率、普食恢复时间、早期下床活动时间、住院时间低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义,优质组末次随访髋关节功能评分、护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可使患者获益。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on patients with artificial joint replacement in department of orthopedics. Methods From January 2015 to February 2016, a total of 80 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups： the conventional group and the high quality group through random number methods, 40 cases in each group, and patients were given routine nursing and high quality nursing respectively. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The incidence of digestive system complications, total complications incidence, diet recovery time, earlY ambulation time and hospitalization time were lower in the high quality group than the conventional group, the hip joint function score in the last follow-up, nursing quality score in the high quality group were higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality care is benefit for patients.
