手术室护士与麻醉医生的配合体会

Experience of Cooperation Between Nurses and Anesthesiologists in Operation Room

目的探讨手术室护士与麻醉医生配合在麻醉中的作用。方法选取2016年7—8月于我院治疗的600例手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各300例,对照组配备刚上班不久的手术室护士,观察组配备年资高、有丰富临床经验的手术室护士,比较两组护士与麻醉医师的配合效果。结果观察组麻醉时间、手术总时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士与麻醉医师的密切配合能够缩短麻醉时间、手术总时间,是确保麻醉、手术顺利进行的重要条件。

Objective To explore the role of cooperation of operation room nurses and anesthesiologists in anesthesia. Methods 600 patients were selected from July to August 2016 in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group with 300 cases in each group, the control group was treated by nurses who were just begin to work in the operation room, the observation group was treated by seniority nueses with rich clinical experience in the operation room, the cooperation effect with anesthesiologists were compared. Results The anesthesia time and total operation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nurses and anesthesiologists cooperate closely in operation room can shorten the anesthesia time, operative time, is an important condition to ensure anesthesia and operation smoothly.
