对接受肛周脓肿一次性根治手术的患者实施全程护理干预的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Whole Course Nursing Intervention on Patients With Perianal Abscess Undergoing Radical Operation

目的分析对接受肛周脓肿一次性根治手术的患者实施全程护理干预的临床效果。方法 2014年5月—2017年2月,于我院接受肛周脓肿一次性根治手术治疗的患者中选取80例,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,于对照组基础上给予观察组患者全程护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组伤口感染、尿潴留、便秘以及肛区疼痛等并发症发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对接受肛周脓肿一次性根治手术的患者进行全程护理干预的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lull-course nursing intervention on patients undergoing radical surgery for perianal abscess. Methods 80 patients who underwent one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2017 were divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group （40 cases）. The routine nursing was used in the control group. The observation group was given whole nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The effect of two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, the occurrence rates of infection, urinary retention, constipation and anal pain and other complications were lower compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The whole nursing intervention for perianal abscess surgery in patients is of significant effect.
