综合护理干预对牙周炎患者治疗效果的影响分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Patients With Periodontitis

目的探讨综合护理干预对牙周炎患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取在我院就诊的120例牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组(综合护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各60例。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率90.00%(54/60),与对照组总有效率68.33%(41/60)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组GI、PLI、SBI、PD和AL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组GI、PLI、SBI、PD和AL均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组GI、PLI、SBI、PD和AL均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各指标(心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和物质生活)评分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有助于提高牙周炎患者的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention On the treatment of patients with periodontitis. Methods 120 patients with periodontitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （comprehensive nursing intervention） and the control group （routine nursing intervention）, 60 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% （54/60）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （68.33%） （41/60） （P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in GI, PL.I, SB1, PD and AL between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the GI, PLI, SBI, PD and AL of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the GI, PLI, SBI, PD and AL of observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of quality of life （psychological function, physical function, social function and material life） of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients with periodontitis.
