摘要
目的针对开展肝胆手术发生胆瘘的患者实施全面性的护理干预措施,对其取得的效果展开分析。方法选择我院展开肝胆手术并在术后出现胆瘘的患者156例,随机分为参照组和观察组,参照组实施常规护理措施,观察组则采用全面性的护理干预措施,比较护理效果。结果对患者满意度展开调查,观察组护理满意度高于参照组,P<0.05。结论针对进行肝胆手术后出现胆瘘的患者展开全面性的护理干预措施可以适当减短患者住院时间及引流时间。
Objective To carry out hepatobiliary surgery for biliary fistula in patients with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,to analyze its effect.Methods 156 patients of biliary fistula caused by hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the nursing effect was compared.Results Patients＇ satisfaction was investigated,nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion For patients with biliary fistula caused by hepatobiliary surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention measures can shorten hospitalization time and drainage time.
